What do you mean by FREE mobile app?

Didn't we see this coming? 

Alright, let's clear the air. We initially launched the mobile app as a free tool for everyone to use and it remains the same way. So if you want to use OneDigiFlow on your mobile then you don't pay a cent!. We are also making an effort to ensure most of the features available on the web app to be also available on the mobile app.

I am confused with web basic and web premium

Both have similar feature set but there is one difference where in web basic you shall see Ads from our other line of businesses or from our partners, where web premium is completely Ad free.

What happens during my 14-day free trial?

Well, you get to use all the features in web basic and premium, after the trial period is over you either upgrade to basic or premium based on your preference. Also, for some reason if you don't decide to upgrade your data will be in the system and can be accessed anytime by just upgrading your subscription.

If I am a mobile user, can I access my data from Web and vice versa?

If you have signed up with web app then your data is available on the mobile app. Else, to view the data on web you need to sign up for a subscription.

How about my data security and privacy?

Your data is completely secured on our cloud servers as we have subscribed to highest level of security and availability from our cloud infrastructure provider. As and when required we apply security patches to our servers to ensure maximum protection from external threats. At the same time, we strongly recommend you to have strong passwords and ensure not to share them with anyone. In terms of privacy, although it's a shared infrastructure, every single customer has its own dedicated space on the web and the data is completely isolated.

Do you allow upgrade or downgrade of plans?

Absolutely, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any given point in time and your bills will be prorated accordingly.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards along with net banking. We also serve the clients who do not have an online purchase process in their organisation. In such a case, we are more than happy to collect payments offline i.e. via NEFT or Check.
