What do you mean by FREE?

Alright, let's clear the air. You can use the platform for FREE for 14 days.

I am confused with trial and other plans

Well during your 14-day trial, you will be able to access all the features within the app whether on web or mobile. Once your trial period is over you will either be upgraded or downgraded to the plan you may have chosen during signing up. We currently have three plans post your trial period, Engage, Deliver and Grow, details about what's included in those plans are provide above.

If I am a mobile user, can I access my data from Web and vice versa?

If you have signed up with web app then your data is available on the mobile app and vice versa.

How about my data security and privacy?

Your data is completely secured on our cloud servers as we have subscribed to highest level of security and availability from our cloud infrastructure provider. As and when required we apply security patches to our servers to ensure maximum protection from external threats. At the same time, we strongly recommend you to have strong passwords and ensure not to share them with anyone. In terms of privacy, although it's a shared infrastructure, every single customer has its own dedicated space on the web and the data is completely isolated.

Do you allow upgrade or downgrade of plans?

Absolutely, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any given point in time and your bills will be prorated accordingly.

What type of payments do you accept?
